Recipe for My Energy Drink

  • 12 oz Water
  • 2 tsp Pink Lemonade sugar mix (fructrose)
  • 1/4 heaping tsp Taurine
  • 1/2 tsp Creatine Ethyl Ester
If it is a workout day, I will add about 10 tsp of pure dextrose (corn sugar).
