Great Gym Feeling
I did some ab work this morning. Then I met up with the guys at our gym and we slammed out a great session. Here is our routine:
- Bench press
- Wide grip pull-ups
- Dips (unassisted)
- Shoulders (Arnold Press)
- Bicep curls
- Abdominal crunches
We are doing a six-week program… First two weeks are 15 reps, then 10 reps, then the last two weeks we do 5 reps (increasing the weight whenever we decrease the reps). Legs will be incorporated soon, I promise.
Everybody is making awesome progress and it is not as hard as I thought to work out with three other friends. AWESOME!!
