My Job … A lot of people have been asking me what I do. This is a picture of a large business jet cabin. On the wall, you can see a black LCD monitor. My company manufactures monitors like that, ranging in size from 5- to 42-inches. We also build Moving Map computer processing units, DVD players, and audio/video amplifiers — all for business jets. I love my job and I get really excited thinking about all of the growth and opportunity in the business/private aviation industry.
But ultimately I am still working a computer, sending emails, and making telephone calls all day. It is not an active job (although I do stand up at my desk >50% of the time).
Some sort of conclusive sentence here about how to balance desk jockeying with kicking ass at the gym and eating right.
If I had to recommend one piece of home gym equipment… this would be it. You can do pull-ups and dips from your bedroom - amen.

superamit This sounds like the most fun thing everrr!
oats (me) Big fan of this ‘sport’ — we had one in Atlanta. My parents threw me a surprise 18th birthday party here (one of my best high school memories). Since then we have had a few company team-building exercises on their courts.
My best suggestion is to be careful of the rafters, don’t hook it too high, and utilize forward- and back-passing as much as possible to guarantee a good angle of attack. The goals are completely flat and most responsive to direct shots.
