Upcoming Party in Johannesburg, South Africa
I will be working in Johannesburg from January 21st to February 1st. This is my second trip to South Africa and I am very excited.
One night down there - I am not sure when - I will have a party in Johannesburg. Probably near the Melville neighborhood, but ideally in Soweto. Am I naive and crazy? Yes. Will it be fun? Definitely.

No Caffeine Diary
Did you know that in North America, 90% of adults consume caffeine daily?
I have not had caffeine since Christmas 2009… 10 or 11 days. This is the longest I have ever gone in my entire teenage and adult life without drinking caffeine.
Today was my first work day without caffeine. I woke up at 5:45am to hit the gym w/Jake. That was a great start - the light exercise helped me wake up....
